Moon Sighting Update - Safar 1446 AH
The crescent moon to commence the month of Safar 1446 AH was looked for after the sunset of Sunday, August 4, 2024. Reports from all Sub Committees of CHC, both local and regional, unanimously confirmed that the moon was NOT SIGHTED.
Thus, the Central Hilal Committee of North America has declared that the month of Muharram 1446 AH will complete its 30 days.
Tuesday, August 6, 2024 will be the 1st day of Safar 1446 AH.
